We brought Greg in to sharpen our operational efficiency and lift performance where a few key KPIs were clearly under strain. He approached it in a very calm, methodical way – no drama, just structure.

He put in place simple management rhythms, stripped out bottlenecks and wasted effort, and made the operation easier to run day-to-day. Just as importantly, he invested time coaching the team so they could operate with more autonomy and better collaboration, rather than relying on constant escalation.

The results were obvious. Performance moved materially across the board – several metrics improved multiple times over, and a few by close to an order of magnitude. At the same time, the working relationship between departments improved noticeably because everyone finally had clarity on priorities and a shared way of working.

By the end of the engagement, Greg delivered every target we set, and exceeded many of them. The operation became faster, tighter, and far more joined-up. I was genuinely very pleased with the outcome. Greg brings a rare mix of rigour, pragmatism, and people leadership.

I have worked with Greg in both Gigaclear and Zzoomm and witnessed his exceptional ability to build high-performance operations from the ground up. At Gigaclear, Greg set up our service delivery and maintenance function from scratch. Greg implemented clear processes, relevant KPIs, and a solid governance structure, then recruited and developed a capable in-house team. He ran thorough supplier tenders and found efficiencies that saved us millions, all while improving service quality.

In Zzoomm Greg played a pivotal role, being one of the first to join the business whist still in the planning phase. Greg co-developed our network architecture and established an Operational Excellence framework covering process development, operational standards, training, HSEQ, procurement and mobilisation. Thanks to his work, we had all key processes and documentation in place from day one of network construction.
