Website Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective date: 26/04/2026

These Terms govern your use of gregkurnikov.com and the purchase of paid services through the website. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT ME

The website and the services offered through it are operated by Greg Kurnikov, trading as a sole trader in England.

ICO registration number: ZC133480

Contact: please use the contact form on this website. For paid IIB customers, your welcome email is your direct support channel during the engagement.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use the website for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or that interferes with its operation or with other users.

All content on the website, including text, images, design, and the underlying methodology of the assessments, is owned by me or used under licence and is protected by copyright. You may view and print content for personal or internal business use. You may not republish, resell, systematically extract, or otherwise exploit website content without my prior written consent.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. I am not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy approach of those websites.

3. PAID SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE

The website currently offers the Individual Invincibility Blueprint (IIB), a personalised management competency assessment, in four tiers: Personal, Junior Manager, Mid Manager, and Senior Manager.

Each tier includes:

  • Access to a structured online questionnaire
  • Production of a written assessment report based on your answers
  • Delivery of the report by email as a PDF
  • A short follow-up check approximately 30 days after delivery

The full scope of each tier is described on the IIB sales page. The price stated on that page is the price you pay. VAT is added where applicable.

These Terms apply to direct purchases of the IIB by individuals through the website. Corporate, volume, or bespoke engagements are handled under a separate written engagement letter, not under these Terms.

4. ORDER, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

To purchase, you select your tier on the IIB page and complete checkout through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards; I do not see or store them.

After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to the assessment questionnaire, which is hosted on a third-party form provider (currently Jotform). You complete the questionnaire at your own pace.

Report production begins once payment has been received and the questionnaire has been completed. Reports are typically delivered by email as a PDF within 5 to 7 working days of the later of payment confirmation and submission of the completed questionnaire.

5. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND THE START OF WORK

As a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of placing the order, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Reports are produced specifically for you and work may begin within the 14-day period. By purchasing an IIB you expressly request that work begins immediately and you acknowledge that:

  • If you cancel before the report has been delivered, you will be charged for any work already carried out, calculated on a fair and proportionate basis
  • Once the report has been delivered to you, the right to cancel is lost and the fee is not refundable

To cancel, send your request through the contact form on this website before the report has been delivered.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are made as follows:

  • If you cancel before any work has started: full refund
  • If you cancel after work has started but before delivery: a proportionate refund for work not yet carried out
  • If a report cannot be delivered for reasons within my control: full refund

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Your questionnaire responses and the report produced from them are confidential. They will not be shared with your employer, colleagues, or any third party, except where you ask me to share them, or where disclosure is required by law or regulation.

This confidentiality applies even where an employer pays for an assessment as part of a wider engagement. In those cases, the employer receives only a themes-level summary across the group, and individual answers and individual reports remain confidential to each participant.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The report is produced for you. You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it for your personal and professional development. You may share it at your own discretion, including with your employer, coach, or mentor.

The framework, methodology, questionnaire design, scoring approach, and any underlying templates remain my intellectual property. You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, or use the report or its contents to develop competing assessment products.

You agree not to use the report or any part of it to train artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, automated decision-making systems, or similar technologies.

I may use anonymised, non-identifying information from completed assessments to improve the framework and the service. No identifiable information is used for this purpose without your separate consent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The IIB is an advisory product. It describes how you operate based on the answers you have provided and offers a development plan. It is not a regulated professional assessment, a medical or psychological evaluation, or a guarantee of any career, business, or financial outcome. Decisions you take in response to the report are your own.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Subject to that, my total liability arising from or in connection with the supply of any service through the website is limited to the fees paid for that service.

I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

10. COMPLAINTS

If you are unhappy with the service, please send your complaint through the contact form on this website. I will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on the website at the time of purchase. The latest version will always be available on this page with the effective date shown at the top.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that as a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you are habitually resident.
